HireVue pricing in 2026: plans, costs and what’s included
The short answer
HireVue does not publish prices, plans or a free trial. Its pricing page offers a contact form and an ROI calculator, and says the platform serves mid-market to enterprise teams. Its standard Master Services Agreement sets fees in an order form, based on “Parameters of Use” such as headcount, number of uses or number of hires. Fees are non-refundable, each auto-renewed year costs 10% more than the last, and you must give 60 days’ notice to stop a renewal.

HireVue’s website offers no free trial or free plan to employers. HireVue is free for candidates.
Under its standard Master Services Agreement, fees in each auto-renewal year rise 10% year over year. Check whether your order form changes this.
Send written notice of non-renewal to renewals@hirevue.com at least 60 days before your subscription term ends. Orders cannot be cancelled during the term, and fees are not refunded.
The price per Parameter of Use (per hire, per interview or per employee), the overage rate, the minimum term, any professional services or implementation fee, and whether the 10% renewal uplift and 60-day notice period apply to your order.
