Interview Builder

The Interview Builder feature in Beatview empowers companies to create customized interviews, allowing candidates to participate in a structured evaluation process. This section provides comprehensive guidance on setting up interviews using the Interview Builder.

Creating an Interview

Step-by-Step Guide
  1. Access Interviews from the Menu:

    • Click to the 'Create an interview'

  2. Enter Interview Name:

    • Provide a name for the interview that clearly identifies it for both the candidate and internal team.

  3. Specify Interview Role:

    • Indicate the role for which the interview is being conducted to ensure relevance and focus.

  4. Set Duration for Each Question:

    • Determine the time limit candidates have to answer each question, ensuring consistency and fairness.

  5. Set Maximum Number of Candidates:

    • Define the maximum number of candidates allowed to participate in this interview to manage workload and resources effectively.

  6. Select Interview Language:

    • Choose the language in which the interview will be conducted to accommodate your target candidate pool.

  7. Choose Interview Format:

    • Select between Audio or Video format, or allow candidates to choose their preferred method for answering questions.

  8. Add Video Questions:

    • Include video-based questions if applicable, providing candidates with a dynamic and engaging way to respond.

  9. Add Questions:

    • Manually enter questions into the interview or use existing templates tailored to specific roles and industries.

  10. Utilize AI Tools for Question Generation:

    • Leverage Beatviiew’s AI capabilities to generate questions automatically from a job offer or a prompt, saving time and enhancing question relevance.

Publish Interview
  • Preview Interview: Review the entire interview setup before finalizing it to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Save and Publish: Once satisfied with the setup, save and publish the interview, making it available for candidates to take.

Share Interview

Click on "Copy interview link". This link can be shared into your website, or use it from other ATS using Zapier or Linkedin as an external source.
