Candidate Invitations
Beatview provides flexible options for inviting candidates to interviews, ensuring a streamlined process that accommodates various recruitment needs. This section outlines the methods available for inviting candidates to participate in interviews, including individual invitations, bulk uploads, and automated integrations.
Inviting Candidates

1. Individual Invitations
Manual Entry: Navigate to the 'Candidate Invitation' section.Enter the candidate's email address and select the interview they should be invited to.Click 'Send Invitation' to dispatch the invite directly to the candidate's inbox.
2. Bulk Invitations
Upload from Sheet or CSV File: Prepare a spreadsheet or CSV file containing candidate details (e.g., name, email).Go to the 'Bulk Invitation' option within the 'Candidate Invitation' section. Upload your file and map the columns to ensure correct data alignment.Review the list and click 'Send Invitations' to send out bulk invites.
3. Automated Invitations

Integration with your ATS or any other Apps : Set up a Zapier integration between Beatview and your Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or any apps. Configure triggers so that candidates automatically receive invitations when they apply on your ATS.
Sharing Interview Link on Linkedin : Generate a unique interview link from Beatview. Share this link in your LinkedIn external apply link or job postings, enabling candidates to directly access the interview upon application. By utilizing these invitation methods, companies can efficiently manage candidate communications and streamline the interview process, ensuring timely and organized candidate participation.
