Steps to Configure a Custom Domain
Access Settings:
Navigate to the 'Domain Settings' section from your general settings.
Enter Your Custom Domain:
Input the desired custom domain name that you wish to use for your interview pages and applications (e.g., careers.yourcompany.com).
Update DNS Settings:
Log in to your domain registrar’s website.
Create a CNAME record pointing your custom subdomain (e.g., careers) to Beatview’s domain (provided in the setup instructions).
Ensure any necessary A records or other DNS settings are configured according to Beatview’s guidelines.
Verify Domain Setup:
Return to Beatview and click the 'Verify' button to ensure your domain is correctly configured.
The verification process may take some time depending on DNS propagation.
Apply Domain to Interview Pages and Applications:
Once verified, your custom domain settings is automatically Live to ensure all candidate-facing pages utilize the custom URL.
